CESOL, the Spanish Welding and Joining Technologies Association, has joined UNIRE as a Collaborating Partner, providing technical advice for the design and development of the trade show.

It has also decided to hold the 23rd Technical Conference on Welding and Joining Technologies as part of UNIRE, to increase awareness of this new initiative that is set to be the most important event in the welding and joining technology world in 2022, the year of recovery.

CESOL, the Spanish Welding and Joining Technologies Association, is an independent, not-for-profit association backed by 44 years of history, representing more than 400 professionals and companies from the Welding, Adhesives and Additive Manufacturing sector. Its goals include developing welding and other joining technologies through training and technical advice, solving problems and generating new technical solutions that will create value for industry and its associates.

CESOL is a member of the IIW (International Institute of Welding), the EWF (European Federation for Welding, Joining and Cutting) and the IAMQC (International Additive Manufacturing Qualifications Council), among others.

“I believe it is vital for research and development of new solutions to be backed by demonstration of skills in new technologies and products and knowledge and experience exchange between professionals. Naturally, as we’re talking about welding and joining technologies, we must also join our own forces to boost the recovery and development of our production system. UNIRE and the 23rd Technical Conference will be held at the same time and place, meaning the professionals can optimise their time and there will also be major cost savings for the companies. All this will make it the most important welding and joining technology event in 2022, the year of recovery.”
